Look at years.
If years is 17, not 18 yet.
Even if leftover months is 11 and leftover days is 20.
Seventeen completed, eighteen not completed.
A gate that says 18 years completed wants years 18 or more.

They want to put the child in a section.
Years 5, months 3 is not the same as years 5, months 11.
He was going to write 6 because "almost 6".

Write 5 years, 3 months, 12 days, or whatever the box shows.
If the sheet has only two boxes, years and months, drop the days or round the way the school asks.
I dont invent the school rule.
I give the three-part age.
They can crop it.
If they want age in only months, 5 years 3 months is 63 months.
This tool does not print 63.

Days he can ignore for that.
